Solenoid Valves

A solenoid valve is controlled by the irrigation controller and supplies water to a specific zone, opening and closing automatically according to the schedule. This category includes Rain Bird 100 Series valves, including 9 V versions for battery-powered controllers. Usually, one valve serves one irrigation zone, so the number of valves corresponds to the number of zones. Check solenoid voltage (24 V or 9 V), connection size, flow rate and zone pressure. Valves are installed underground in a valve box with fittings and a manifold, and should remain accessible for maintenance.
